How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order by visiting our carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number:

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

 Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

 Transit Time: After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

 Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum spend required.

 Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Number Not Working?

After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking number still shows no updates after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Haven't Received Your Shipping Confirmation?

If you placed your order and haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to us with your order number and we'll provide an update.

Package Shows Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your doorstep, with neighbors, or with your building's front desk. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
